Beyond the Canvas: Art in the Third Dimension with Latisha Coleman

Join us Friday, May 3rd at 6pm for the opening of a captivating solo exhibition featuring the innovative 3-dimensional artwork of Latisha "Tish" Coleman. Based in Winston-Salem, NC, Tish is a talented painter and graphic designer who has found her true passion in creating striking, sculptural pieces that celebrate the strength, beauty and resilience of the Black experience.

Tish's collection, titled "The Queen-King Series," features vibrant 3D portraits that merge canvas, sculpture and a variety of textural elements including human hair extensions, African print fabrics, jewelry and floral arrangements. Through this unique fusion of mediums, each piece conveys a powerful sense of individualism, originality and unity.
