This statement discloses the policies and privacy practices for the Winston-Salem Delta Fine Arts, Inc., amd Delta Arts Center (DAC) website. In an effort to build users' trust and confidence, the DAC promotes the principles of disclosure and informed consent. The DAC has a commitment to users' privacy and thus discloses its policies on data collecting, uses and sharing of information. The DAC may capture implicit information from users who visit the website for aggregate statistical analysis and site customization. Implicit information is data that can be gathered about users without having to explicitly ask a user for such information. Importantly, aggregate statistical analysis means that the DAC reviews trends based on information as a whole, but does not do so in an effort to identify the individual identity of a user to its site.
