RENTAL RATES:
Rental Rate: $150.00 per hour (for event hours only)
$150.00 Deposit Due at signing of contract to secure the date (payable by Credit Card. Cash, or *Check)
Deposit Fee includes 1 hour of set-up time prior to and 1 hour clean-up time after the event.
Credit Card number will be held on file until your rental is complete for incidentals and time overages.
Any additional event set-up or clean-up time will be charged at a rate of $60 per hour.
An additional fee will be charged for any clean-up not performed by your group at the completion of your event.
Floor plans must be received at least (5) five days prior to the event.
PAYMENT:
Deposit of $150.00 must be paid to reserve your event date. If booked less than 40 days prior to event, payment in full is required.
The balance on your rental must he paid full at least thirty (30) business days before the event date. This is fee is non-refundable.
The Center accepts: Cash and Credit Cards (Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover). • Your $150 deposit is non-refundable.
VENUE SPECIFICATIONS:
The Center can provide up to (12) twelve round banquet tables that seat eight (8) people each. A head table can accommodate up 10. For dinner or banquet type event, our maximum seating capacity at tables & chairs is 100.
PERMITS/ LIABILITY / ARTWORK RULES:
The Center DOES NOT ALLOW candles or any open flame. The Center has a sensitive fire alarm system and we must maintain a safe environment for the artwork and facility users.
Alcoholic Beverages: The Center requires that you obtain a special one-day permit from the State ABC board.
Additionally all renters must agree to the following: As a renter of the Delta Arts Center facility, I will use the facility at my own risk. My guests and I will abide by all social distancing guidelines and protective measures given by the Delta Arts Center. If I fail to abide by the guidelines and protective measures given, I will hold harmless the Winston-Salem Delta Fine Arts, Inc. organization d/b/a Delta Arts Center.
CONSENT
As renter of the above sites/areas, I agree to abide by all of The Delta Arts Center's rules and procedures for site use and to be liable for any and all damages to any Delta Arts Center areas and any of its contents or grounds that result from my use of the site under this Agreement, provided such damages are not caused by any act or omission of an agent or employee of The Delta Arts Center.
LIABILITY
I also agree that The Delta Arts Center shall not be liable to the renter, or any of the renter's employees, patrons, members or visitors for any injury or damage to persons or their belongings which result from or during the use of the exhibit site/area under this Agreement, except as may be caused by an overt act or omission by an agent or employee of the Delta Arts Center.
