The energy was high and the vibes were green at this year’s PEA Earth Day Fair, where community, creativity, and sustainability came together for an unforgettable celebration!
Held at the market grounds and with hundreds of enthusiastic attendees, the fair brought together eco-conscious individuals, artists, and advocates for a day full of meaningful conversations, beautiful art, and shared commitment to our planet.
This year’s table pop-up was especially vibrant thanks to a stunning showcase of fiber art by Taylor Marshall (@_tayyy_xox). Her work featured hand-dyed 100% cotton bandannas using natural indigo, as well as a beautifully crocheted top crafted from locally sourced, naturally dyed 100% sheep wool. Each piece reflected a deep respect for slow fashion, sustainable practices, and the earth itself.
Adding a powerful artistic voice to the exhibit was the work of visual artist James Love (@ipaintforgod), who presented a thought-provoking collection including:
Don’t Worry About the End (2025) – A bold piece of assemblage art that challenged perspectives on time and urgency
Enjoy Nature (2025) – A gentle reminder to stay present in the beauty of our natural world
Again, Enjoy Nature (2025) – A continued meditation on reconnecting with the outdoors
We Have a Brief Stay Here (2025) – A reflective call to honor our temporary place on this planet
Each artwork served as a visual anchor for our table: honoring the earth through intention, creativity, and care.
DAC extends a heartfelt thank-you to everyone who came out to support, share, and celebrate. Your presence made the day not only possible—but powerful. Let’s keep building a future rooted in sustainability and community, one Earth Day at a time.
